About the role

Northcott Customer Liaison Consultants serve as a primary point of contact between Northcott and the customer and maintain a holistic overview of the customer, their goals and the services available.

The Customer Liaison Consultant will provide exceptional customer service within Northcott Supported Living services throughout each stage of the customer journey.

Your new opportunity

  • Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing Northcott Supported Living customers, including entry to services and plan reviews
  • Provide and delegate broader education on supported living to enquirers of Northcott Supported Living Services
  • Promote opportunities and facilitate access for customers to current vacancies in Supported Living services throughout the Western and South West Sydney regions
  • Assist new and existing Supported Living customers, their families and carers in understanding Service Agreements, NDIS funding and supports
  • Work closely with customers, direct support staff, House leads, and other Key Stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for Northcott Supported Living customers

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in customer service, or customer coordination.
  • Experience in supporting people with disability to explore or access supported living options
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
  • Friendly and energetic
  • Current drivers licence
  • Current Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current National Police Check (less than 6 months old)
