About the role:

This role is responsible for ensuring that all Northcott regulated Restrictive Practice submissions and online reporting are compliant with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission State and National requirements.

You will be working closely with Behaviour Support Practitioners, service coordinators and operational management to ensure that customer support strategies are aligned with state and national Quality and Safeguarding policies and guidelines.

Some responsibilities are:

  • Effectively administer all Northcott provider, practitioner and panel member accounts on the NSW (FACS) RPA System
  • Set up participant accounts on the NSW (FACS) RPA System for all Northcott NDIS customers
  • Timely submission of RPA reports to the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, ensuring that procedural and regulatory requirements have been met by frontline management.
  • Develop clear and concise business and Customer communications.
  • Manage internal and external Customer requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Schedule RPA Panel dates and appointments in carelink+, and notify all attendees
  • Review RPA submissions to ensure they meet mandatory requirements for RPA Panel review

About the Person:

The successful person will be able to deliver on the following criteria:

  • Experience in using data input systems and reporting tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Can use initiative and creativity in terms of providing suitable solutions
  • Proven experience communicating in all forms to all levels of staff
  • Ability to work with limited supervision within a team environment
