About the Role: 

We are looking for Male support workers to engage in Northcott supports directly to our valued customers in the Coffs Harbour area. You will be on a Casual workload but will have opportunities to progress your career. A key component of this role will be your availability across all times of the day and may include active night shifts. You be offered the chance to work across multiple Northcott services.

Skills & Attributes we need from you:

• Mental Health experience - i.e we would like to see practical work experience not just study knowledge
• Life experience supporting disability
• Available across 24/7 hours including weekends to maximise reaching customer goals
• Current WWCC or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid or willingness to obtain with modules HLTAID001 & HLTAID003
• Current National Police Check - less than 6 months old
• Drivers Licence
