About the role
Northcott are seeking an IPA to serve as a primary point of contact between Northcott and the customer. Whilst maintaining a holistic view of the customer, match available services to meet customer needs and goals as outlined in their NDIS plan. Specifically;
- Developing strong customer relationships with NDIS customers.
- Assisting customers who are new, or transitioning, to the NDIS in understanding and interpreting their plans.
- Identifying and matching customer needs to Northcott Services and identify, and act on, any gaps in customer plans.
About you:
To be successful in one of these roles you will need;
- Passion to support our customers in achieving their personal goals rand to live their best lives
- Ability to provide flexible, responsive, individualised, and accessible services to our customers
- Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in sales, customer service or account management
- Knowledge or understanding of the National Disability Service Standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Friendly, flexible demeanour with ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Great time management skills
- Current driver's licence
- Standard Industry Checks (NSW WWCC, Police Check)
