About the role

Northcott are seeking IPAs to serve as a primary point of contact between Northcott and the customer. Whilst maintaining a holistic view of the customer, match available services to meet customer needs and goals as outlined in their NDIS plan. Specifically;

  • Developing strong customer relationships with NDIS customers.
  • Assisting customers who are new, or transitioning, to the NDIS in understanding and interpreting their plans.
  • Identifying and matching customer needs to Northcott Services and identify, and act on, any gaps in customer plans.

About you:

To be successful in one of these roles you will need;

  • Passion to support our customers in achieving their personal goals rand to live their best lives
  • Ability to provide flexible, responsive, individualised, and accessible services to our customers
  • Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in sales, customer service or account management
  • Knowledge or understanding of the National Disability Service Standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Friendly, flexible demeanour with ability to communicate with people from all walks of life 
  • Great time management skills
  • Current driver's licence 
  • Standard Industry Checks (NSW WWCC, Police Check)
