About the role:

We are seeking Casual Support workers to be an integral part of the Everyday Living Skills & Day Program supports team located in Taree. Reporting to the Centre-based Coordinator, delivery of support programs include:

• Enabling customers for independent living and developing time management skills
• Building customers’ confidence with meal prep & domestic actvities
• Assist customers to attend appointments or social events
• Assist customers with self-care activities 

About the Person:

• Passionate about supporting and promoting the individual needs of our customers
• Able to develop positive relationships with our customers and to support their individual care plans,
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• The ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
• Ability to work flexible hours
• You genuinely care about the work you do and are committed to assisting our customers achieve their personal goals.

Experience in the disability services industry is preferred, however not essential. We are looking for individuals that can demonstrate their capacity to assist customers their way!
