The role:

Due to continued growth we are searching for enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Nurses interested in working across our group homes in South West Sydney locations.

We currently have multiple permanent part time positions available varying from 15 to 30 hours per week.

You will:

• Deliver quality nursing and support to our customers
• Promote improvement in quality of life and foster independence for people with a disability
• Provide person centred ,holistic and effective care
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Be available to work minimum 3x days a week

You will need

• MUST HAVE Australian drivers licence, Provisional or C class and willing to drive a 12 seater van
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Proven experience in the disability field
• National Police History Check
• First Aid
