Job Detail: Casual Support Worker: Albury

About the role:
Northcott is currently seeking dedicated individuals interested in obtaining casual employment to work across our Accommodation Services in our Albury location.
Reporting to the Coordinator, Accommodation & Respite, you will be required to support our clients to live independently in their own home or in supported accommodation. The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily assistance
- Personal care
- Assist clients with the development of skills in everyday tasks
- Assist clients to be part of their community
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sound knowledge of the disability sector (highly regarded)
- Available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (morning, afternoon and night shifts), including active night shifts and weekends
- Able to work short shifts (3 hours) when needed
- Positive can do attitude!
- Able to commit to a minimum of three days per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have a drivers license
- Working with Children's Check
- National Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
