About The Role

About the role: 

Northcott is currently seeking dedicated individuals interested in obtaining casual employment to work across our Accommodation Services in our Albury location.

Reporting to the Coordinator, Accommodation & Respite, you will be required to support our clients to live independently in their own home or in supported accommodation. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Daily assistance
  • Personal care
  • Assist clients with the development of skills in everyday tasks 
  • Assist clients to be part of their community

About You:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound knowledge of the disability sector (highly regarded)
  • Available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (morning, afternoon and night shifts), including active night shifts and weekends
  • Able to work short shifts (3 hours) when needed
  • Positive can do attitude!
  • Able to commit to a minimum of three days per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have a drivers license 
  • Working with Children's Check 
  • National Police check 
  • Current First Aid certificate
