About the role: 

Northcott is currently seeking committed individuals interested in obtaining casual employment to work across our Accommodation Services in our South West Sydney location.

Reporting to the Coordinator, Accommodation & Respite, you will be required to support our clients to live independently in their own home or in supported accommodation. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Daily assistance
• Personal care
• Assist clients with the development of skills in everyday tasks 
• Assist clients to be part of their community

About You:

• Flexibility in this role is a must!
• Available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (morning, afternoon and night shifts)
• Able to commit to a minimum of four days a week
• Team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Relevant experience in disability support or relevant field
• Must have a drivers license 
• Working with Children's Check 
• National Police check 
• Current First Aid certificate
• Experience supporting clients with high support needs and challenging behaviours (Highly regarded but not essential)
