Northcott is seeking a User Support Advisor to join our Customer and Rostering Information System team.
About the role
The team supports our staff who use the Customer and Rostering Information System (CRIS) to deliver services to customers with a disability under the NDIS. Principally, you will assist our staff in the everyday use of the system, managing enquiries and providing advice. The role strikes a great balance between systems and supporting our staff supporting our customers.
You will have a passion for customer service, great interpersonal skills and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced and varied role, where no day is the same. You will support all aspects our service delivery model for our customers as it relates to the system and work closely with our sales, rostering and claiming team.
You will be a self-motivated team player who wants to be challenged, want to work in the not for profit sector and wants to join a great team.
Essential Criteria
In order to be considered for this fantastic career opportunity you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications with proven systems, administration or internal service credentials
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to write clear and concise business/client communications
- A high level of effectiveness in a team-based environment and an ability to work autonomously
- Proven organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time
- Proven problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
