About the Opportunity

As the Recruitment & Retention Manager you will be responsible for the multifaceted recruitment and retention strategy across the business.   

You will

  • Manage the centralised recruitment process and model
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Northcott's recruitment strategy
  • Lead and Support a team of recruitment professionals
  • Evaluate and monitor recruitment process for continuous improvement, looking at candidate/stakeholder experience.
  • Increase Northcott’s employment brand awareness
  • Identify and develop future need strategy
  • Develop, implement and monitor a employee retention strategy
  • Gathering and analyse recruitment and retention metrics to report to the business

About you

  • Tertiary qualified with a degree in Business or HR
  • Solid experience in recruitment
  • Highly collaborative approach
  • Ability to meet given deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Data analytics mindset
  • Strong business acumen
